Worcester is so lucky to have so many amazing Latin inspired restaurants. @Encanto Latino Cantina is now on that list. My favorites were the Columbian empanadas, the Cheese Pupusas and Horchada. And I'm definitely going back for the Mexican Tacos on the soft corn tortillas. @topfans Dishes in order of appearance. Tacos De Res Mexican. Comes with double soft corn tortilla, cilantro and onions. Xela Tacos Guatemalan Includes soft tortillas, beef, cabbage, tomato sauce, and fried onions. Empanadas Colombian Choose between chicken or beef. Empanadas Guatemaltecas Comes topped with cabbage, tomato sauce and cheese. Pupusas De Queso Salvador (Cheese Pupusas 2pcs) Guatemalan El Chuco (Chuco Toast) Toasted bread, guacamole, chicken, sausage or beef. Ketchup, manace, mustard, cheese, onions and cabbage. Paisa Colombian (COLOMBIAN PLATE) Chicken or Beef, with fried plantain, rice, beans, fried pork, salad and egg. Horchata is a traditional, non-alcoholic beverage that varies by region but is often made from a base of rice, water, and cinnamon, sweetened with sugar. It is known for its creamy, sweet, and refreshing taste, and is popular in Mexico and other parts of Latin America.

Empanadas were good, pupusas were good, jamiaca was good, but i thought the baleada was the best I have had in Massachusetts and the coffee tasted like Honduras.

I was craving food from my family's country and found Encanto. I knew I wanted a Baleada (perfecto)! While waiting I was given a sample of the corn elote. I knew from the look, smell, and taste that it was the very thing my grandmother would make but wasn't sure of the name. I also was childlike excited to see Tamarindo in the refrigerator, along with the different baked goods I remember as a child while visiting back home. I look forward to going back to eat a meal I'm familiar with, prefer and miss so much.
